My name is Emily and I love to make movies. Since I was young, I have played with cameras, created music videos, and made stop-motion films with my Barbies. To me, film is a way of telling a story and communicating a thought or feeling as an art form. I get passionate about the elements of storytelling; such as lighting, production design, and camera movement.

I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts in 2013. I specialized in directing and studied writing, editing, and producing. I currently create freelance wedding, event, and corporate videos. Recently, I have really enjoyed creating fundraising videos for various nonprofit organizations and recording family history.

My husband Jason and I married in 2015 and are busy raising our two young children. My husband helps me keep up to date on all of the technology life has to offer. Together, we love to travel, garden, and watch movies. I am so excited that you are visiting my website. I would love to help you capture your story, let’s make a movie!
